I'm going to start by saying how clean this store location is and that's including the bathroom (and that's saying a lot right... their for a restaurant ) also the service is always great when I come in here to get my lunch in a hurry for work . I'm goingdeaf and they always do a good job working with me when I order... I kind of feel like they already know my order before I orderit.. they definitely pay attention to their customers... I noticed that not one worker is ever standing around talking ormessing around they are always working hard and cleaning or finding something to do and that's what real service is about Iwant you thank everybody who works there for doing a great job and being there for their customers...I'll definitely keep comingback.... Awesome sandwich, tasted quite tasty. Must have been real cheese and not the plasticly stuff most joints use. Awesome cookies. I... recommend microwaving them 10-15 seconds in microwave to add delight. they even had a bird or maybe it was a guy in a crow suitdeliver my food. Worst Sub Ever, Total Waste of Money I would have gave 0 stars if possible. If you want to customize your sub forget it, they... want you to order by number. There also is no choice other than a tasteless white bread sub bun. The entire order for 4 peoplewas messed up. They gave my husband a very hard time about leaving the meat, cheese and sauces off my sub. The finally relented,but went I opened it it was covered in sauce as was his. The other 2 subs had the incorrect sauce as well and parents could noteven finish them as they tasted so bad. Read more
I order from the Adrian, MI store quite often, but somehow they always seemed to get customized condiments wrong, so I started... just to order what came standard on the sandwich. Today I ordered for delivery, I work in the health field so it's hard to leavework with limited time. Its been over 1 hour and 40 mins still no delivery when I called to inquire the manager said the driverhas 12 deliveries around town, however I received a message saying my sandwich was out for delivery an hour ago. 1 hour to drivearound with a cold sandwich is not good food service. Very poor service. Guy at drive thru was not properly trained. Never asked for my reward number and when I said something he... told me it was too late. Couldn't even put the sandwiches in a bag, we got no napkins and not even a Thank you. Goodsandwiches, POOR service at this location. Read more
