The new owner needs to learn better customer service! Her attitude was terrible. We had been waiting for at least 20 minutes or... more to be served. When we asked if they had forgotten us, or at least for some complimentary chips and salsa because we werehungry. She came out in a huff and in a scolding tone said, "Is there a problem here? We are very busy!" As she brought out ourfood and handed us our food in a gruff manner. She just lost us as customers! The food was edible but not tasty like before. Staff was polite and attentive. Atmosphere was a bit cold. For as long as this place has been around for (Which Mario's has been... open since 1998) was very clean. All the tables were wiped off and cleaned, mise en place. The food was ok, the meat was alittle bland, not a whole lot of texture or contrast, although my Chimichanga was fried to perfection, it lacked in flavor. Idid noticed they did use all fresh ingredients. I may come back to give it another go. Read more
