I ordered a bread bowl with Mac N cheese and I was told they were out of the bread bowls so I got a regular bowl of Mac n... cheese. This would have been fine except for the fact that the bowl was way smaller than a bread bowl. I went up to the counterand asked if I could get another bowl because they we out of bread bowls. They told me that they had just made more. They lady'sat the counter went to talk to the manager. The manager, (blonde hair with round glasses) said that she would bring me out abread bowl. I was satisfied and went to sit back down at my table. Then I saw and heard the manager talking about me and mockingme. Then I was brought out not a bread bowl but a to go cup of Mac n cheese. I had the worst restaurant experience of my LIFE, at the Adrian MI Panera. In the midst of the worst of covid, we went there... for pick up, because we trusted Panera. The man handling and wrapping my sandwiches had his mask around his neck. I went to themanager and complained. He accused me of lying! Read more
I placed an order online for rapid pick up. When I grabbed inside my bag to get my sandwich, I found the wrapper was open and... my chicken salad was dumped all over the bag and had made a mess. When I got what was left of my sandwich out of the wrapper,there was barely even enough chicken salad to fill half a sandwich. My bread was soggy from a pickle that had been left underthe sandwich. Nobody would take order at the counter. Lady that finally came up said she would get someone else to take our order then... disappeared. Nobody came back. Wasn't busy. Not sure why they are even open. If you can't manage to even take people's order,close it down. Apparently nobody wants to work anymore. I would suggest going somewhere else and not wasting your time or moneyhere. Culver's is always quick to take your order and bring out hot food. Read more
Literally the best food I've ever eaten. The service was PHENOMINAL. Clean facility, nice employees (especially the one... manager). Floors so shiny, can see my reflection in the ceiling. Bakery is lit. Cookies are bomb. The cashier that took my orderwas great, very nice and helpful, her name was same as mine, Mary. Great lady. Anyway, HOME OF THE BREAD! Read more
Very good food, tomato soup ?????? and grilled cheese, although the sandwich was almost burnt it was still pretty good. The 99... cent cinnamon roll was the best!!! The young lady that took my order was incredibly sweet and took the time to talk to me. Thegentleman making my food was also extremely nice. This was my first time at this location and I will return to this one insteadof Toledo every time!!! Read more
