Lazy, inconsiderate staff. I always ask for made to order food. I didn't get it.
Food was great and fast. The guy at the window taking my money was for the most part friendly. When he wasnt looking at his... phone. Others in the back preparing food were cussing like truck drivers. Window stayed open the entire time so everythingtalked about in the back was very much heard.....Very glad i didnt have my children with me! Read more
Usually the better of the two in town. Burgers were wrong. Food was hot though! The girl even repeated it back correctly but... it was wrong on the receipt and when we opened it. I did not think I needed to check it when she read it back correctly. Lesson learned. Read more
They forgot the sauce for the nuggets and the hamburger had the wrong toppings. Also, as usual, they were out of baked... potatoes, which seems to happen often. Read more
Double check your takeout order before you leave the property. Our order today: All sandwiches came without tomato or lettuce,... missing a sandwich from the order, added cheese to a sandwich with no cheese. Read more
I have had two bad experiences in the past week at this location. The first one I ordered a taco salad only to get to the window... to be told they had no chili for it. Switched to a different salad and waited about 10 min in the drive through for it only todiscover when I got home they did not put the dressing in the bag. However, the manager did refund my money for the long wait.Today I go through the drive through and ordered a taco salad. Got home and it was a joke. There wasn?t hardly any lettuce. Itwas the size of a side salad and I paid $10 for it. I had to add more lettuce and tomato to it when I got home. Your prices haveincreased and the size has shrunk. I am done with Wendy?s Read more
WOW...so much to unpack. Stopped for lunch and ended up not only disappointed, but cold food and items not prepared as asked.... Had to return to get saltless fries, thought they were supposed to be hot and crispy...not the first or second batch. Not surewhy the bacon was overly greasy and torn into small chards, maybe it was left from the morning breakfast sandwich. My hamburgerwas also cold by time I ate it...was warm at some point as most of the cheese did melt on it. As you look at the picture of thefloor included, that was from an employee getting soda and spilling it...this was take almost 15 minutes after she spilt it as Iwas getting ready to leave. Noticed the sign was missing Wendy, not sure where she blew off to but maybe she was embarrassed bythe food being served at this location. As a side note, I asked for my fries to be substituted like at another location owned bythe same company, but I was told no so that is why I ended up with the fries...which ended up being tossed as they were cold andnot crispy. I also witnessed a man who came in to ask for his order he places in the drive thru...said he has waited and onlyto find his meal was setting on the counter and no one had the sense to walk it to his car ..he was quite p.o.ed and I can seewhy with the issue I had and I placed my order at the counter. Didn't know you had small burgers! Best hamburger I ever had! Fries outdo McDonald's. Employees are great
