Fast food quality just isn't what it used to be. BUT FROSTY'S haven't changed, they are still super delicious!!! Thank you... Wendy's for keeping them consistent! French fries are great....service staff was friends and accurate. Read more
10/7 I came in Wendy?s because the line was long as usual for dinner no one inside and there was 5 young adults working being so... great ! Great attitude and it?s so appreciated with hot food ! Read more
The first time, they forgot a 6-pc nuggets and we got to Boonville before I realized it. The second time, the Frosty machine... "wasn't on," at 11:30am and they asked me to wait 8 minutes for a sandwich. I had my kids both times. We ended up waiting morethan 10 minutes anyway, after turning down the sandwich, and there is a guy at the drive-thru who is really rude. Idk if hehates his job, people, life, or what. He has no personality, just barks at you, interrupts, and pushes you through. (Young,longer brown hair, maybe glasses). I didn't call about the nuggets because he didn't give me a receipt the 1st visit. We wenttwice in one week for lunch after doc appointments, but even if we go back through there, it won't be to Wendy's. Read more
Today marks the very last time I will give this restaurant a chance. Apparently, it is poorly managed as the past 2 times my... order has been wrong. If the staff acted like they care, instead of making you feel as if you?re bothering them for being there,it might be easier to not write them off. I won?t be felt as if I have done something wrong to staff because I pulled in thedrive through and not even thanked not acknowledged for my business. Took 20 mins to go drive thru. Only ordered chicken nuggets a fry and frosty. Seams there not prepared or need a better leader
2nd slowest drive thru I have ever been to. I waited almost 20min just to place an order. Then had to wait another 15min for my... food. I could have gotten faster service at an actual restaurant. This is suppose to be FAST FOOD! Read more
Just stopped for a strawberry frosty and it was delicious. Service at drive thru was fast and staff at window friendly.
