This was the worst food experience I?ve ever experienced, no one smiles everyone who works there is beyond miserable and the... food was slapped together. They gave me a poutine without any gravy? Stopped in for lunch and ended up waiting for turnovers to be made fresh. The staff were very friendly, very efficient and... super accommodating. Customer service was phenomenal and we are definitely stopping in again. Thank you so much for making myday. Read more
0 stars. Literally 0. This branch does not deserve praise of any kind. Went to get onion rings, as A&W is known for making good... onions. And was told they don?t have any. Hard to believe. Asked if they were completely out, and were told they had to makethem fresh but it took ?too long?. Asked if they would make some and we would wait and they straight up said no. Went a previoustime for pie, and was told they didn?t have pie. We kept pushing and turned out they did have pie, just didn?t want to make it.That time we waited until they made the pie. Worst A&W ever. And very lazy, unhelpful staff. Read more
Quite disappointed in this A&w. We came here to grab a quick bite of food and they were out of almost everything that we asked... for. The service was incredibly slow and the two teenagers behind the counter barely seemed to know what they were doing. Weasked for a wrap they didn't have tortillas, we asked for onion rings they didn't have onion rings, we asked for a chubbychicken burger they didn't have chubby chicken burger buns, we asked for chicken tenders they said that they weren't going tomake any because it was too much work. Like what??? And then to make it was the drinks that we ordered stood behind the counterfor legitimately 15 to 20 minutes while we waited for our food. they finally gave us our food, and we asked for our drinks andshe accused us of taking them and asking for free ones. We pointed behind her and she's like "oh okay no problem". Very quick toaccuse people even though you're at fault, I see. Very very slow. They take your order quickly and don?t tell you that you may have to wait 15 minutes or more to receive the... food. Tasted great! Had to use the restroom and it was out of order. Went to use the family washroom and it definitely was notcleaned any time recently. Read more
I'm surprised the A&W here looks way better than the ones near the city! Back in Burnaby and Vancouver they can get pretty... dirty. My church came here for a quick dinner before the retreat for the weekend. Small place but cozy looking. The service isadequate. The lady at the front, (Debbie I believe) seemed quite polite. When I asked about the buddy burgers the courteousguise melted into frustration. I felt bad so I ordered a random item. The price is cheap. That's why we stopped by to grab abite. I am worried why it is so cheap though. It's a bit too good to be true. I don't want to think what's in the meat they'reselling. I didn't really get a good vibe from this place. It's not so bad though overall though. I'd come back again but not asa first choice. Read more
