I've been ordering from the Domino's in Feeding hills and they always have fast service and the food is fresh

I never write reviews for fast food joints unless it's very good or extremely bad service. Turns out its the latter. I order the... same item since the past 1 year; Half cheese, half chicken buffalo. Whenever I had to order pizza, we choose this place as it isthe most convenient and closest. Every time we ordered, there would be some miscommunication. However the last time we did, theycompletely threw us over the phone, saying it is unacceptable do half and half with chicken buffalo. I say, alright no problem,maybe I could talk to them to find out why, or what happened as they are not doing the half half anymore. I go there to pay, andI tell them that I have been getting my usual since over a year; I was just wondering what happened. The cashier just completelydecided to ignore my question and asked me to pay right away; ignoring my question. They wanted us to take the pizza and leaveasap. I am a frequent customer at this Domino's and I have had my many experiences most of them were very very good but yet some of... them lacked especially with the drivers many of the male drivers that I've had were extremely creepy towards me and one of themwas an old guy I do not remember his name and I was in a different room tending to somebody and he has the audacity to bang on aglass door with his bare hand not knocking banging and I asked him to not do so and he continued to whine and complain at mesaying that I should be at the door even though I was in the next room waiting for him and another guy had the audacity to hiton me even though I am 16 turning 17 in January and this guy looked like he was in his mid thirties I felt very uncomfortableDomino's needs to keep an eye on their staff and how they act. I usually order online, the same thing, basically, but sometimes the quantity is the only thing that changes. Foods always good.... Often times the specific delivery instructions are overlooked. So I wanted to reflect on my delivery driver, Michael, who wasawesome. Listened to the instructions and was prompt, professional, and most of all he read the specific delivery instructionsand followed them to the T!! Best driver I?ve had and I will request him on all my future deliveries! Just that simple thing isthe reason for my 5 star review. I will not be ordering from Domino's again. When you have your products delivered they add a dollar to EACH item you ordered.... THEN there is an ADDITIONAL $4.95 for a delivery fee. I don't want to sound stingy or anything but those extra fees will cutback on what I give for a tip unfortunately. Those extra fees are only going to end up hurting the driver and the tips theyreceive rather than hurt the company. Just thought I would leave this review so that everyone knows before having somethingdelivered. IF you can, its cheaper to pick up from the store. The photos I'm uploading are from two separate orders, delivered by two different drivers. The pizza was cold and the cheese was... clearly stuck to the box. Pizza was so greasy, the grease seeped through the box onto the table. Other pizza places usually putsomething in the middle of the pizza to make sure the box lid doesn't come down, and also put the pizza on wax paper or anotherpiece of cardboard to catch the grease, I'd look into this. As for my pizza temperature, this Domino's shouldn't be allowed todeliver to West Springfield. That sandwich was OK, despite the fact that it wasn't cut remotely evenly and there was just asmuch sauce inside my sandwich as on the outside. Since it was cut like that I probably lost a good 15% of my sandwich lol butit's okay, I wasn't too hungry that day anyway. One of the drivers, kid with dark curly hair, I think he drives a Subaru wagon,was kinda rude/dismissive, almost like he was upset that I ordered food in the first place lol. I tipped him $6 on a $12 order,whatever. At least both orders came made correctly, which is a problem I've experienced at other Domino's locations. TIP TOREADERS: Order here if nothing else is open and you have no way of getting to Cumberland Farms for a pizza, that's why I orderedfrom here. Read more
