It doesn't even deserve 1star but it says I need to post something.. It was the worst Friendly's experience I've had in the last... 50 yrs. We were the only customers in the place. From the moment we walked in until we left horrible service and even worseattitude from the server who appeared to be a manager. She served my husband his classic lobster roll on a hard stale roll andonly one third of the usual lobster. We know the amount it should contain since we were in another Friendly's last Thursday. Not like it used to be in the old days. Prices are ridiculous and food was awful. My favorite used to be their clam chowder and... it was watery hardly any clams and just blah tasting. Don't plan on going back for another torture session. Read more
