It doesn't even deserve 1star but it says I need to post something.. It was the worst Friendly's experience I've had in the last... 50 yrs. We were the only customers in the place. From the moment we walked in until we left horrible service and even worseattitude from the server who appeared to be a manager. She served my husband his classic lobster roll on a hard stale roll andonly one third of the usual lobster. We know the amount it should contain since we were in another Friendly's last Thursday. I placed an online order, which was properly received, printed, and charged. However when it was delivered, there were multiple... elements of our meal ($50) that were missing. We had no ice cream sundae (which was even circled with a pen on the receipt) orFrench fries. Plus our food was cold by the time of arrival and we couldn't even finish it. I tried contacting the deliveryteam, who didn't have it. I tried calling the listed phone number online, as well as on the company website and HQ- none of themworked. We never get our drinks when we get delivery. But food is good. Lobster sub is cold but still good. Just save yourself the... hassle of drinks. This pic was taken after it had to wait a half hour for me to go get the drinks. The croutons were soggy thetomatoes tasteless. But lobster was good. Just an unnecessary hassle. Read more

Not like it used to be in the old days. Prices are ridiculous and food was awful. My favorite used to be their clam chowder and... it was watery hardly any clams and just blah tasting. Don't plan on going back for another torture session. Read more
