This place had become my favorite place to get wings, specifically lemon pepper but tonight and the last couple times I've... ordered, there's barely been any flavor to my wings. It's like there's barely any lemon pepper seasoning on the wings. I'm sadbecause the first time it happened I thought it was kinda just an off day but this is becoming a recurring issue. For years I?ve heard about this place. Finally had the chance to order the other night. Had a simple order, wings, Buffalo dip... and onion rings. The order was missing the chips and the onion rings. We called and told that they didn?t have anyone to makethe delivery. We were also only offered a credit not a refund. How when we didn?t receive the items we paid for. Whenever I order takeout from here, my go-to is the chicken caeser wrap. Typically I ask to add tomatoes?which is a simple... request. Today I ordered, and not only did I not get tomatoes, there was no caeser dressing! It was just a dry wrap. Please takethe time to read the order tickets. This has happened SEVERAL times. Excellent service, very reasonable prices, and everything was tasty! Cauliflower wings are a great option for vegetarians, and... the big pretzel was extra delish. Also, inside has a relaxed atmosphere with farmhouse-style interior design. Great place for acasual dinner! Read more
We order from The Hanger at least once a week. Most of the time, the food is excellent, but there have been multiple occasions... over the past few weeks when the wings have not been up to their usual standards. The first time they dumped so much sauce onthe box that we couldn't tell the difference between the flavors we ordered. Ordered pulled pork sandwich and 12 bone in wings. The pulled pork sandwich was amazing(could of had more sauce but still was... amazing) and fries were great but the wings were a big issue with me. I got 12 "wings" and received 3 wings and 8 drumsticks,which I do not like and the wings I did have were spongy on the outside and the chicken was super tough, all the sauce rolledoff the chicken and pooled in the bottom of the container. It's a shame too since the sauce was very good. These were not thewings I expected to get with a restaurant saying "best wings in mass" super disappointed especially with the price they are.
