Spacious, great service, and they know how to make pancakes and Belgian waffles perfectly - of course they do. Nice sides like... turkey bacon. Scrambled eggs cooked just right, not over cooked. I did not try the coffee as I had had my fill earlier. Woulddefinitely I come here again. Read more
CARELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went to enjoy breakfast with my family and we all had to walk away with empty stomach after 40 mins... of wait time and bad customer service. I never go back to spend a dime to places that doesn't care for a good customerservice. We visit this place today and it was not busy for a holiday weekend. Unfortunately, our waitress was careless and lackof customer service experience. 1. We walk in and got a table right away, the waitress provided the menu and walk away -I had nochance to ask for coffee and she walk away without asking if we wanted something to drink (as usual as a win, win bussinesspractice). 2. She came back to offer drinks 10 mins after, we were ready even to order our meals. -She came back with drinks,but no utensils to stir our coffee or a straw for our child's drink cup. I waited and then realized she was already taking careanother table, I got up to request what was needed like utensils to stir our coffee and finally take a sip to enjoy ourdrinks. 3. As I mentioned, the place was not full and after 40 minutes of waiting for our meals, we had to request our ticketfor the drinks and walk away, extremely disappointed of that place. Visiting the area from the East Coast and visited this location twice. Both visits were one of the most enjoyable experiences.... The employees were kind, courteous, and the food was great. I drove 50min just to eat again in this IHOP. Great customer service provided by Sher, the place was clean and the food was... great. In LA I've been in different IHOP restaurants and the pancakes are served in the small plate but in this one the pancakesare I believe are served in there original size in the big plate, plus a big applause to the cookers that make the food with areally great taste. This is the only IHOP that I would eat again and I would highly recommend. Read more
