Slow service and they don?t care about customers
I've been to multiple Starbucks in my lifetime and this is by far the SLOWEST location I have ever been to. I don't understand... how it takes almost 25 minutes to make a simple iced coffee. The employees were rude when I asked where my drink was. Theirmobile orders were backed up at least 45 minutes and multiple people came in asking where their food and drink was that wasordered. There was about 15 people in line and only 2 employees. I will not be back to this location. Read more

Old blonde lady with glasses wouldn?t serve me because I wasn?t white. It happened just now; I was in line and the blonde lady... looked at me and didn?t say a thing to me. Then a white guy lined up behind me, she looks past me and says to him how can I helpyou sir. Read more
Waited 15 minutes for my coffee, never got it! Had to ask for a refund! Employees too busy flirting with the customers and... engaging in Smalltalk, like they are celebrities or something. The owner of the shop does not discipline his employees properly.First most I blame the owner for my problems. Read more
Come on mgt...6 peoole in line and only 1 person working behind the bar, taking orders and running the cash re register. O... thats right the other person was running around with a clipboard, much more important than helping customers. Read more
