My husband and I went inside today to sit and eat. None of the tables were clean, the lobby was disgusting, the service was... horrible the cashier/manager walked away from us when we were ready to order. We didn?t receive a receipt with our order myhusband had to ask for it. The sign clearly states that if you don?t receive a receipt with your order your order is free. Theycontinued to argue with my husband and tell him our next order was free but the sign does not state the NEXT order will be free.Woman who took our order Tawanda set our tray down in Tea that was all over the counter. Then picked it up to hand it to myhusband who asked if she could please set it down as he was trying to talk to her. This was a very unsettling and absolutehorrible visit and this is why we never visit KFC/Taco-bell in Ahoskie NC! Even the next customers walked out because thecashier walked away from them as well! Picked up a bucket with tenders with mashed potatoes & mac n cheese. Came home, the chicken was already cold and dry?.no taste... of juicy chicken . The biscuits that came with the meal were like hockey pucks. What a waste of money . Read more

It was quite busy. The drive thru had a long line that's why I went inside. Inside had quite a few people waiting for their... order, and there was 3 people ahead of me waiting to order, but the wait to get my order wasn't bad at all. The young lady thattook my order greeted me with a smile, and she was courteous. The staff was moving, but it was just a busy night for them. Mywait to get my food was appropriate. I gave it a 3 star because the inside part of the store needs attention to be cleaned andtidied up. Read more
