Well I got home, which bye the way is 16 miles from McDonald's. I opened the bag and found I had no chicken sandwich. Which we... asked for after the person at the window failed to give it to us when she said here is your order. So then she gave me anotherbag and said here is your chicken sandwich. Then when I got home and opened the bag it was nothing but a flimsy old very nastyhamburger. Read more

Got our order wrong twice at the drive thru. When I went inside the young lady said. I didn't do it, the girl at the window did... it. She was nasty. So she corrected my order and through it on the counter. What kind of customer service is that???? To topthat off, the quarter that she gave me for change was a coin from another country. Read more
After sitting in line for 20 minutes the fries were cold. You would think with all the cars in front of me the fries would be... really fresh and hot. The first time I went to this McDonald's, I was pleased with the service. I don't stop at fast food spots often, but was told... the chicken biscuit sandwich was great. It was amazing. Juicy meat with a moist biscuit. I went back a 2nd time to try thecrispy chicken sandwich and also ordered a shamrock mcflurry. The mcflurry wasn't mixed all the way through, my sandwich wasokay, my fries were horrible, and the tea tasted old. For that, they'll receive 3 stars. Read more
So Slow. Just a Poorly Run and Lead McDonalds. Two visits in a row, Drive through Soda is out. next visit Drive Through Cashier... left post. So decide to go in next time, Team leader texting on phone while cashier trying to ask her a question, Ketchup Tubsout of stock, and workforce really not looking like they want to be there. This place has gone to the dumps. The Customer Service is Terrible. They Need a whole new staff. Why have 2 drive thru lines... when ur employees can't take care of one... I ordered and pulled out of the line, because of the employee working the drive thrucouldn't process the person n front of me. Wow . What Ahoskie is comng to. Quality is gone n this town.....
