Fast service. The sandwiches are presentable and not sloppy. I really like the horsey sauce. :) The mall is still kinda a ghost... town; considering it's a Wednesday/school night, but still. I think covid and inflation might've sway ppl away from the malls.It's kinda nice at the same time a bit sad. The malls used to be the place to go, esp when the weather is hot and humid and pplwanna stay cool without having to crank up their (home) electric bills. That's just me. Read more
BEST FAST FOOD SANDWICH place on island. I experienced the one at Pearl Ridge. Also friendly service. It amazes me when people... complain about things like they got home and something was missing. The customer should also take the extra 5 seconds to checktheir order, but now EVERYBODY is just in a rush. As for not honoring mainland deals, "WELCOME TO HAWAII & ALASKA". Read more

Holy moly! I did not know there was an Arby's anywhere near me. We were at the Pearlridge Center shopping center (Aiea mall) and... when I saw it, I beelined in! I went for the old classic, the beef and cheddar with the curly fries and a soda. It was fresh,perfect, just like I remember in all the best ways. Everything came out hot and fresh. They have plenty of areas to dine in withbooth options and they have plenty of booster chairs if you need those as well. They have the refillable drink fountain. Ihaven't seen one of those in forever! So endless soda... lol... the parking is super easy. It was a busy Saturday and there wasplenty of space for free in the first level of the parking garage that leads you into Macy's when you go across the crosswalk.It's a great mall to visit in general. It reminded me a lot of the nice mainland malls that weren't too huge to handle fornormal shopping, and they had your regular brand stores; not all that Gucci tourist trap stuff and what not. Great food but I'm discouraged about their portion sizes. Expensive for less roast beef in the sandwiches. On top of that, they... charge for extra sauce. I hate any restaurant that charges extra for things like that. Read more
Enjoyed a good beefy burger and curly fries. The "all you can drink" various soda from the fountain will surely take care of... your thirst. Service was quick and nice. Read more
