Not a good representation of the franchise. My lunch from this location was a horrible experience. I ordered the jalapeño... pepper fries along with a sandwich. They must have been out of ?official? ingredients and substituting what they could find.Part of the fries were very undercooked, a combination of hard and soggy (how is that even possible!?) white potato making theundercooking painfully obvious. Instead of the same ingredients as other locations, the melted cheese on the fries was a lightyellow color that looked like cheap melted American cheese. The sandwich was covered with so much iceberg lettuce that itdrowned out the other flavors. That may have been a good thing as the grill-warmed meats were covered with flakes of dry andburnt residue from the filthy grill. Even the bread had burnt crumbs from the grill on it. Cashier was rude. I'm an employee in the mall and I know they give discount for certain items. I told I work in the... mall....she said," for one item only"...granted it's just fries...that still covers the taxes. They dont even were name tags. Read more
