Have not eaten at Arby?s in quite a while. Was looking forward to a hot, delicious meal. What I got was cold sandwiches, cold... fries, and one of the sandwiches was the wrong sandwich altogether! The only thing fit to eat was the Jalapeño Poppers?but thatwas only because they had to cook to order, so I had to wait. Took a picture of the hard, cold fries that were not fit to eat!Spent over $25 for the two of us for this meal?I should have went back & got my money! Read more
Ordered 2 regular chicken sliders, was given 2 Buffalo sliders which I do not like. Another occasion I went thru the drive thru,... I ordered the 4 roast beef classics, was only given horseradish. Had to go in to get the Arby?s sauce, good thing I checkedbefore I left. Read more
Just went it to Arby's for lunch and wow that brisket sandwich is to die for. and also ate a beef and cheddar and really its... way better here then in any other fancy place. congratulations to the owner and staff for keeping this place in tip tip shapeand of course for keeping customers like me happy Read more

I was disappointed today with my experience to the point I gave up and left upset. First I drove up to order I asked if they... still had the roast beef 2 for $6. I didn't see that it on the menu. She replied yes the classic, beef and cheddar were 2 for$7. I said I would like a total of 4 classic roast beef. She said that wasnt the special, it was only beef and cheddar. I toldher I had to pull away to call my husband. Then I saw a sign on the window clearly stating 4 classic roast beef for $10. Shecould have told me that. I get back in drive thru wait 4 cars until my turn. Say I saw the sign and I would to order that. Shetells me they don't have any more roast beef.I'm getting frustrated, she says there will be a wait. I ask how long, she doesn'tknow. Can you find out, I ask. She huffed and says 30 minutes without asking anyone. At that point I left. I will be callingthe manager Monday when he's back at the store. Read more
Ordered a chocolate milkshake in place of my drink on an order. It had a small streak of chocolate and was not mixed. Asked them... if it was chocolate they said yes and we said well it?s still white and not mixed. The girls excuse was the chocolate pressurewas probably low. Okay so fix it? Super friendly and pleasant staff. Food was good and hot even though it wasn't lunch time. Prices were reasonable. The eating... area was clean and neat also as were the bathrooms. Will go again. Read more
Derak at the counter did a great job, I rolled in around 11 am and he was personable and seemed geniounly like a chill dude. He... even brought my food out to me which don't happen at other locations. Been coming here for years and will keep doing so. Alsofor truckers as long as you ain't their for long the Walmart next door has yet to tow my rig though I only stick around for my30 minutes. Read more
