Service - upon entering, there was only 1 person in line. As soon as I ordered my food was ready within 2 minutes. They greeted... me on the way out. 5/5 Aroma - place smelled like fried chicken but as I sat down it slowly faded away. I could hardly smellthe food I ate. 3/5 Taste - the chicken sandwich ive ordered which was the Bo Special was tasty. However flavor did not lastlong. 3/5 Presentation - The food look eatable but nothing fancy, the chicken was much bigger on oneside which made sandwichlook uneven. the fries did not look as fresh. 3/5 Uniqueness - Compared to like Popeyes, the chicken had slightly bettertaste. I stopped here around 7 PM on a Friday night. I wanted to use the restroom and order food but the dining room doors were locked... while I saw people inside. I drove around to the drive-through when a voice told me they would be with me in a second. After afew minutes I pulled around to the window where someone from the kitchen told me there was a meeting going on but she would letme in to use the restroom. I walked in and wanted to order and she said no they?re having a meeting so I used the restroom andleft. Where one stall had no toilet paper and the soap was on the ground. I just found it so odd that they would close on aFriday night two hours before store closingand not say anything or put up any signs. Read more
The chicken on the sandwich was good. The lettuce was rotting, we had to take it off. Customer service was HORRIBLE. I walked up... the register said hello and cashier just said "hey". She didn't ask what could she get us or any nice greeting so I justordered. She walked away before I finished paying without saying one word. When the food came she just sat it on the counteralso without a single word. Would not ever recommend this place. Read more
I went though the dt right after lunch so I knew getting a family meal was going to mean I had to wait. Which is fine, I?ve... never been one of those people who don?t understand it still needs time to cook. She nervously told me it was going to be 15minutes and asked if I was ok with that. Of course so I pulled around we made small talk, she asked me to park no problem atall. What she didn?t know is I had my autistic son with me that is learning Patience, this woman, Bless her, came out andoffered us a drink while we wait then threw in some Bo berry biscuits for waiting patiently.. she taught my son a valuable lifelesson today with her kindness! He?s a huge bojangles fan, so we are always there getting his chicken, but this woman was just ablessing for me today! I didn?t get her name but I saw it said general manager.
