I always place my order online then I call up there to get them to go ahead and make my fries ???? so that I don't have to wait... once I'm there. Usually it's no problem they do it and it's great! This time the woman told me no, she can't do it until Iarrive so that it will be fresh. I explained to her I was in a rush and don't want to wait for them to cook. She finally said"ok"! It has been quite awhile since we visited a Five Guy's. Got into town late and hungry, so stopped in here. Good burgers and... fries. Service was fast and friendly. Only downside was dining area could have been cleaner. Read more
Food was very good but honestly very greasy and very over priced! It was my first time eating there and right before they closed... so that may of affected it, but it shouldn't have. Their food is their food either way. I would give them another shot though,but only one unless it was much better it wouldn't be worth it. Read more
Pricey, a little dirty, but the food is ALWAYS SO GOOD! I would eat here so much more often if it wasn?t so dang expensive!!... Love their food so much. We really love 5 guys, the burgers are always good and the fries are the absolute best! Handcut and deep fried to perfection! If... you have never tried their hot dog or grilled cheese definitely give them a try, they are also delicious! They could use someimprovement with order time for online orders. It is never what they estimate. They don't start preparing until your there, soon one hand you are getting fresh cooked food on the other, it can be difficult if you are in a hurry or on your lunch break. Sokeep that in mind! Walked in about 8:30 pm on a Tuesday. No lines, no waiting, no crowd. Ordered immediately. Waited an appropriate amount of time... for the order to be cooked hot and fresh. Order was prepared as requested. Everything was delicious. One of the best 'quickservice" burgers out there. Dining room open. The regular order of friends enough to share! Read more

Best quick burger out there! ????????They have to get better at online orders. I ordered a burger and fries and gave them 30... minutes to have it ready. When I got there I still had to wait 20 minutes for them to cook fries. That is crazy, they need tofix their system. Read more
