Service is starting to slip. There is no excuse for making a sub wrong when the person ordering is standing right in front of... you. These to go orders are making me mad everywhere. When I walk in I expect to be served, not wait 20 minutes because you arebehind on to go orders. If you can't keep up with the work stop the to go orders or you will lose customers. Had the mushroom and swiss sub...all subs are cooked right then on the cooktop...the best I've ever had. service was fast, nice... place to eat. Would come back again Read more
My friends and I walked in this Jersey Mikes around 6:30pm May 26th and immediately walked right back out. Not only were we not... greeted (which I could less about) but in the meat cabinet where they had their cheese, there was two rolls not even opened yetcovered in mold. Once you walk in and go to where you order it?s right there. It?s not hard to miss. So, if anyone gets sickfrom eating here, you probable ate moldy cheese! I can?t believe no one brought it up to them and had them change it out by6:30PM. lazy. Read more

I had special request on my sandwiches. They made sure they added everything I asked for. They were extremely kind. The... gentleman who brought it out to me was very friendly. They said it would be ready at 6 and it was at my car at 6 sharp. Thesandwiches were amazing! Excellent experience. Will be returning soon! BTW prices are well worth it! Read more
Prices are on high side but quality makes it worth it. The staff here were a breath of fresh air. People seem to forget what... customer service means but the 3 employees that served us here definitely know. They all did whatever they could to make sure wewere happy when we left. I could see their smiles behind the mask. It was a wonderful break from the usual trips to grab a quickbite. Thank you so much for your kindness!! (I wish I remembered their names or that I wrote them down. They were all young withbright smiles. 2 men and 1 female). Definitely a great experience and will stop by again when I'm in the area.
