By far the worst place to interview and or expect people to work there!! The store looked horrible!! (Food on the floor, dirty... everything, no gloves, rude employees) I came in an hour early but still waited an hour for the interview! I sent my husband last night to pick up 2 pepperoni bestest pizzas. I received 1 classic pepperoni pizza and a cheese pizza.... When my husband called back today to talk with someone about bringing the cheese pizza back for a pepperoni pizza, he was toldthat he needs the receipt. Why would you need a receipt, when you have the pizza that was wrongly given to us. We aren't askingfor a refund, we are just asking for them to replace the wrong pizza for the one that was ordered. We went in during lunch time, there were only 2 people working. There's a line at the door and a line at the drive-thru window.... We had to wait for our crazy bread but our pizzas were ready. A customer came in and the representative did not acknowledge herand she just waited for over 5 minutes and just gave up and went somewhere else. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! BAD MANAGEMENT!!! I came around 9:30 looking to order to 3 meat regular crust pizza and was told... they didn?t have any dough and it would take 24 hours therefore I could only get thin crust was in a rush so settled for that.They charged me for a custom pizza even though they told me that if I wanted anything thin crust was basically the only optionbut still charged more. Also I repeated 2 three meats multiple time. To end up waiting 15 min for one and was given a attitudewhen I told them I said to and asked about the price. Bad management at this point because how do you not have any dough and tryto say you can?t go against price but forcing people to get thin crust like WOW. Just left the drive through after waiting 35 minutes, 15 of which were at the window. No one came to the window. I observed an... employee deliver a pizza to a car out front. Sign on drive through window said closed until 5 and the 5 was crossed out and a 6added. I arrived about 6:20. Does the owner/operator of this location know how poor the service is? This has been my experiencesince late 2020- despite it?s ultra convenient location and historically good food, this was the last chance. I will be happy topay a little more and drive across the street to Pizza Hut. Read more
I went to this location on 2/05/2022 and placed my order at 4:57 PM. I was told my pizza would be ready in 15 minutes but then... the employees said they had a "big big order" and everyone would have to wait but they still continued taking orders they knewthey could not fulfil and refused to give refunds with the excuse that there was no manager there. The employees were takingfood and sauce containers out of cabinets and storing them on the floor. They also left trash on the floor. One employee wipedhis nose with his hand and continued handling takeout boxes and presumably food as well without changing his gloves or washinghis hands. The customers were obviously getting agitated at having to wait but remained civil. The employees stopped talkingto us completely by about 5:30 PM but kept giving out orders to new customers who walked in. Eventually a middle aged womancame in and started handing out orders from a food warmer to the waiting customers. Everyone had to ask for her attention toget anything. After I got home around 6:30 PM I realized that the pizza she gave me was really old and room temperature. Thepaper on my pizza box said "Estimated for Feb 05, 2022 15:28:00 PM". So not only did I have to wait an hour and a half for apizza without the option of being refunded, but they gave me a pizza that was an hour and a half old before I'd placed my orderand 3 hours old by the time I got it home. I will NEVER give this location another dollar and seriously doubt I will go to anyother Little Caesars location since this is the way they let their restaurants be run. Read more
Went to this location on 09/12/17 around 3-4pm (it was storm day) I understand employees want to leave early because of the... hurricane but at least they need to give customers fully cooked product. ordered 2 pizzas and 1 order of bread sticks. none ofthem was hot and ready and even half of one pizza's edge and whole breadsticks were totally undercooked (almost close to freshdough). we had to wait about 10 to 15 mins to get lukewarm dough. had to cook in the house oven for about 15-20 mins . onlybecause this location's pizzas are not all the time like this, so I gave them 2 stars. if you don't want to buylukewarm-and-wait pizza and come back home to cook further yourself check your received products before you leave the store.(the last pic is what COOKED dough supposed to look like) Read more
