Had to wait a few minutes for a table (after the lunch crowd). Sat at our table and it wasn't clean. Asked for it to be cleaned... and they cleaned it. Bread came and it was fantastic. But, no drinks. Waited a little too long for a steak sandwich and friesand a 6 oz steak with a baked potato. Waitress never came to refill our drinks had to ask someone else. Not the best experience. I can tell you I will never eat here again, neither will my daughters family. My 3rd and final attempt eating the food, there... was not 1 item done right. Everything was even cold. I give up. Then my daughter and her family got take out. Out of 3 steaks,of course 1 was the largest one sold, none were eaten by humans. After many attempts to call, the phone was never answered. Thedogs ate well. Who puts brown sugar on a baked potato? Not a sweet potato either. Between my experiences and theirs, I would bewriting for a while. Apparently your cooks need training at a real Longhorns. Do not eat here and waste money. Read more
They used to be LongHorn due to the Long wait even after you got to the table. However they must have gotten a new manager as... service is now prompt. Their food has always been good. I eat there occasionally only because we mostly cook our steaks athome on a Big Green Egg. Longhorns is a great reasonably priced place to eat. Read more
I took my son here for his birthday-he's 29- and we were beyond pleased with our meals and our appetizer. The chicken wraps... shown below were wonderfully crunchy ,slightly spicy, very tasty gems. His steak was NYstrip, which I will be getting next timeand mine was a Sirloin. Both were tasty but my son said that his leftovers the New York strip was the best in that category. It had been awhile ( pre-pandemic)since I ate here & the last experience was quite unfavorable. With that said my hopes weren?t... high. I must start with I love the atmosphere of Longhorns. The lighting is perfect & the horse and cowboy theme makes mebreathe deep as I love them both. We were met by a hostess who probably wanted to be anywhere but there but quickly had afriendly encounter with Stephan our server. When I dine again here I absolutely will request Stephan. Serving is definitely hisforte. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms- they were very good. I drank raspberry tea and enjoyed it but the flavor could havebeen stronger. My entree was the ribeye ordered very rare. It came expectably cooked & well seasoned. My baked potato sufferedfrom a lack of cheese, bacon and green onions but the huge salad made up for it. Stephan commented that the salad was (over)hugebut I?d rather have too much versus not enough. The in house blue cheese dressing was excellent. My dining companion had thecrispy brussel sprouts and said they were fantastic. If I had to critique one thing it?d be the need for some cleaning. Stop by after work to have a cocktail and a bite to eat. But then I turned my eyes towards the kitchen and saw a cook sitting on... the line where the food is prepared. He hand on gloves but it doesn?t really matter because what he did was a lot worse in myopinion. Not to mention he sat there for about five to ten minutes.
