there has been about 4 times now where i go to this location for takeout and no one answers. recently i went there at about 9:45... pm in the drive thru window with no answer. i pulled up to the window and saw much of the staff sitting in the dining area andtold me they were serving anyone else. seemed like they were annoyed i was there, but they were supposed to be open. i?m youngand work at a restaurant so i understand not wanting to tend to customers before close. but this was over an hour until thewebsite said they were going to close. there really is no excuse. I only order oatmeal for breakfast bc McDonald's has a recurring problem having the breakfast menu available in the morning.... Yet, even oatmeal with hot water is a challenge beyond their ability to assemble. Zero stars for this poorly functioningMcDonald's. This location should be closed. Read more
I'm giving 5 stars because this is an extremely clean and neat location with an awesome team of workers that were friendly... professional and knew how to perform there jobs extremely well. My only complaint has nothing to do with anyone at this locationnor is it about this specific location. I noticed the thickness of the cooked burgers are approximately 3 to 4 millimeters thickand that's paper thin. My order was $15 and change and I understand that all businesses need to make a profit but seriously;where's the Beef? Read more

Asked for iced coffee and this is what I got. I thought it was an unsweetened tea at first. The coffee is WEAK, bitter, and... disgusting. Where is the cream/sugar that is standard w their iced coffees? Never had anything like this happen before. Also gotmy order wrong, but corrected it. Then after driving off, I realized they got my sons order wrong, too, so i couldn't even fixit. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the girl working the window was incredibly sweet and gracious. Read more
I went through the drive-through and waited over 10 minutes to be told that your ice cream machine doesn't work. It never works... every time I've been there lately it has been broken or you don't have the toppings that go in it one thing or another. Read more
