We enjoyed our lunch selections of fried catfish and Oyster po boy, both came with French fries. The catfish was delicious and... the French fries were good too. The oysters were lightly breaded and perfectly deep fried. So many oysters on my sandwich that Ihad to eat half of them to just to pick it up. So good. Our waiter was polite an on the ball with refilling our drinks andchecking in with us without being obnoxious. As for seating it was mostly booths, some with padding and some without. I only sawa couple of tables with chairs. Overall I would not hesitate to come back here in the future. ???? Read more

Worth the wait! My husband and I made a 7pm reservation for dinner on the Saturday night before Valentine's Day. The restaurant... is small, was expectedly crowded and like all restaurants today, short-staffed. However, it was disappointing to wait at thehostess stand for a full 15 minutes with no greeting or recognition from staff at all. Finally, bartender Ron told us someonewould be with us shortly. When another 5-10 minutes passed, my husband walked to the back of the restaurant to the bar and askedRon if we could get seated since three tables had become available since our arrival. Ron made it happen and ended up being ourserver as well. Ron was great! Friendly, attentive, personable and very generous with the wine pour.????Thankfully, the food wasworth the wait. So far this is a first class place. Very reasonable prices. Excellent bar drinks. Ok, this is indeed the go to spot for seafood.... The staff treats everyone great. The shrimp, sausage, potato and corn are seasoned just right. By the way the sausage is verytender. My friend's dish was brought out. After several minutes they let me know that mine would be out soon. Several more minutes later... another lady asked if I was waiting on food. She then goes to check and says it's still cooking. I know I ordered pasta, butmake the dishes so they come out at the same time. It is a little rude to customers for them to have to sit there and either lettheir food get cold or eat in front of the waiting party. Unprofessional. Other than that the food was good. Had the fried eggsapp and the seafood mac and cheese. My friend had the scallop tray. It was interesting to see that the corn on the cob wasfried. The Mac and cheese was a bit oily. The server was very helpful in recommending sauces to go with the fried eggs. Willprobably give it another try. Read more
