Great little spot for some pretty solid smoked food. I got the pulled pork and it was amazing. The chicken was pretty good and... the Mac was perfect. Only thing I wasn't crazy about was the fries tasted like they were fried in the same oil the okra wasfried in. All in all though I'd come back. Read more

Smelled like Texas! Got a brisket plate (nice bark) and a half rack of ribs. So delicious and filling, it fed 3 with leftovers.... Unique sauces, yum. Loved the cucumber medley. Cole slaw had a little too much dressing but cracked pepper gave it a greatflavor. Hostess Zoe was enthusiastic, helpful (our first time, so we needed advice) and super sweet! Everything on this menu is DELICIOUS! For 7 days straight, my food was cooked to perfection. So juicy and great char on the... half chicken. The bbq sauce is out of this world and all the sides are a great choice. One of the few places you really can'tmake a bad choice. This is the best BBQ joint I have ever eaten at. We ordered 2 half chicken combos for two of the kids, both were bloody around the bones. The chicken was overall undercooked.... The skin was stretchy.There was enough blood to bleed onto the meat. I got the ribs and pulled pork meal. The pulled pork wasgood but a little dry. Make sure to use the yummy sauces to help with the dryness of the pulled pork. The ribs were also dry anddid not "bite" well. I also did not care for the rub on the ribs either. Husband got the brisket, he didn't eat it. He said itwas very dry. He said that when he chewed the meat it felt gummy in his mouth. Maybe there wasn't enough marble in the meat? Theall beef hotdog was a hot with my son. He ate the whole thing. The 3 sauces were very good.. the spicy one was just the rightamount of heat. The mustardy sauce was kinda tangy. I really enjoyed the tang. I did not try the sweet BBQ sauce but my youngestones gave a thumbs up and asked for more. Read more

Starving and tired the intoxicating smell of the smoker out front welcomed us as we walked in. The food arrived fast and looked... incredible!! A hush fell over the table as we devoured our food not even looking up. The brisket was incredible and the fries 10out of 10!! My husband had the ribs and pulled pork and he couldn?t pick his favorite!! The sauces were definitely on point. Wefinished our meal off with delicious cake. We left fat and happy.
