Best Waffle House experience I've ever had. The staff were all friendly and joking with us and each other, the food was... fantastic, and our waitress went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we need. Great little eatery off the interstate. The service was courteous and quick, clean store and efficient third shift crew. I... firmly believe those two girls who were working last night deserve all the praises and praises. The waitress, I believe her namewas Anastasia, was super attentive to all our needs. The cook (Sarah) was very quick to make our food and had everythingperfect. Ate there last night around 4 October 11 2022 when I pulled up they were all outside smoking cigarettes and laughing no problem... with that but red flag number one. Came in let them take my order got a all star meal they over cooked my bacon gave me gritsthat was already on the stove and they lied about the grits being old and said they just came up but after i told them that newpeople came in and they poured more grits. Also the all star comes with a waffle tell me why they didn?t give me it and themrefused to take it off even though I showed proof of me not getting my waffle. ?THIS LOCATION NOT RECOMMENDED? Had my son go there to place a to go order because you can?t ever get anyone to answer the phone and they refused to take his... order. This all happened around 7:15pm on 9/17/22. There was a family of five two adults and 3 kids right behind my son who wentto dine in and they refused to serve them also. Apparently the workers want to work but they don?t want to serve anybody so theyare either lazy or just incompetent. This particular waffle was a little iffy with there service before it got remodelled nowit?s just went straight to toilet. Since they don?t seem to want to serve anybody maybe they should just fire everyone and closeshop. I would not recommend this particular waffle to anyone. We ended up placing our order on phone at 1139 York streetinstead which is 7or8 miles north on same street. Read more
