Our food was put in the warmer cabinet even though we were in the dining room seated.
Tried to use my points last night. My husband got there to pick up our food and we were told we couldn?t use our points due to... prior issue and we couldn?t have our food. Points still haven?t been refunded. Read more
Apparently reopened recently under new management. Pizza was good, as expected, and our waitress was great. Good experience.
This Pizza Hut is the WORST. Not only did they charge my card $45 THREE times they told me they couldn?t make my pizza. No... refund. Told me they would call me back AFTER the manager Kendra REFUSED my call and laid the phone on the counter for 29minutes. At least I got to hear them talking about me and laughing having a great time while I waited. Management is AWFUL andRUDE she needs some training at the very least. Make it make sense. Read more
I can't ever seem to order and get what I ordered. Delivery is rarely available, the buffet no longer exists, you can't dine in... except at random designated times and the food itself has started to pale in comparison to frozen pizza. They do always fix themistakes, but it's just something else I have to do. Go to the store, talk to the manager, figure it out. This last one wasprobably the last straw. We used to order pizza about once every two weeks, now it's only in moments of sheer exhaustion ordesperation that we decide it's worth flavor roulette. Read more

Never seen it before but there was a woman outside in a pizza costume blaring rock music and selling curbside pizza. Definitely... a ???? idea. Inside staff was warm and accommodating to a person from out of state just passing through. Read more
