I've ordered here at least a dozen times because the burgers and milkshakes are delicious! (I would recommend always getting a... double though or it's not as great.) The sides however, are atrocious. Everything. The fries are mediocre, always kind of soggy.The poutine is bad. Chilly fries, bad. Sweet potato fries, bad. It's really not that hard to make great sides, it's shamefulreally. If someone could figure out that side of the business they would have a 5 star place! Read more
Easily the worst service I've had in awhile. The manager doesn't listen, charged my card twice for the same order (which tasted... horrible, we tossed it) then told me it's out of his hands & not his fault. Who's fault is it? He's the one that charged mycard. I highly do not recommend. Read more

First time trying this place. The burger had quite a lot of meat so that was good. Fries were great but could have been a better... selection- felt I got the tail end of the bag. Ordering was a little awkward: cashier AND chef basically staring at me as I tryto navigate the menu lol. After ordering I see a sign that had my order but a little cheaper. I wish the cashier could havejust directed me to that knowing I'm ordering basically the same thing. I'm undecided if I'll be back. Read more

I ordered lunch from this restaurant via skip for the first time since it opened so it's been a very long time since I ate here.... If memory serves me right it was good food when it first opened but sadly, unless this was a one-off their standards haveslipped. The menu is mouthwatering. I ordered the Fiesta burger with salsa, mozzarella and avocado, and jalapeño and cheddarfries plus a Chipotle dip. As you can see the jalapeño and cheddar fries were a good portion. Unfortunately the fries wereslightly undercooked and the cheddar was a flavorless cheese whizz substitute. That said compared to the burger they were thebest thing about this meal. The burger was a sad effort. The salsa was non-existent, more like a bloody smear of dark ketchup onthe dark bun. The mozzarella was transparent and the avocado was like the salsa, a smear on the bottom of the bun. The pattiewas crumbly and lacked flavor. As I said a sad burger and not at all the Fiesta I was expecting by the description. Suffice tosay I shall not be ordering from this establishment again nor do I recommend it especially given the number of burger joints inAirdrie who serve far superior burgers. Read more
