Asked for some straws for drinks and the girl said no and that she had already given me... two?..Then, they have paper crowns for kids in a display case but when asked they never have any. Maybe take them out of thedisplay case so it?s not the first thing a kid sees when they walk in? After several bad experiences here we won?t be back. Read more

The drive-through was a disaster. I ordered burgers and stated TWICE that number one should have only lettuce and NO SAUCE, and... I was told that if you order only lettuce, it comes without sauce. Back home, all burgers came with sauce!!! Read more

The staff worked hard to prepare our food, which I rated 3 just because I'm not really a BK guy, but I knew what I was getting... into when my son said he wanted to try a Whopper... very friendly service and fast even though a couple items required to beprepared fresh :) only complaint would be the crusty pin pad at the drive thru, it could use a deep clean, it didn't workproperly due to the grime. Kinda gross when my hands go from that straight to my whopper. Read more
