This is the third time we have ordered from there and each time they have gotten our orders wrong, the last time we went through... I ordered a three piece meal and was charged for a four piece but only given A three piece, ordered fries got wedges, orderedmacaroni salad got coleslaw. They couldn?t get anything right. Manager had stated she would put our name in the book and give usa free three-piece the next time we ordered. Went for dinner tonight, and there was no name in the book. Not acceptable Mary Brown's I ordered a Big Mary SANDWICH (burger) and was given 2 squished (flattened) chicken fingers between... the bun. If I had wanted chicken fingers that is what I would have ordered. I would have done better ordering two chickensliders for ~$8.00 instead of getting two flattened fingers with so much coating and grease for ~ $11.00 or $12.00. Read more
It's always a good experience at the Mary Browns in Airdrie because of the friendly staff and great customer service. The food... is warm and ready ontime if you pre order.The prices are very comparable to other similar fast food places but their food tastesbetter then most of them.I have their app to order from and it's very painless to use and it gives points towards free food. Less salt than KFC, but also less of everything. 40$ for 9pc bucket and multiple pieces were rib cages without a breast and just... a couple bites of chicken. The gravy and salad side were both tiny. The gravy was enough for 1/3 of the meal. Barely 2 servingsof salad in their largest meal. If you like being ripped off then buy it. It does taste great. Read more
Good service. Ordered on the phone and was ready for when I came. The tatters from from all marry brows is great, the chicken... was fresh and the pieces were also good sized. They have coupons online which you can use many times. The big marry Monday dealis nice, especially with a group of friends when you want lots of food. I payed extra for white meat only no wings and received legs and a wing. Also they forgot the dessert. I had to call them and... she was offering me a free popcorn chicken on my next order!!!! Well, I wasn?t very nice and replied I paid extra for whitemeat and paid 7 bucks for the dessert! I want what I paid for. So she sent me my order. Read more
Crispy chicke twist is way too thin as compare to other locations. I should have bought toquitos from 7-Eleven. Very... disappointing I did 7 orders. Not worth it.
