Whoever was working last night at 2AM should be fired. After waiting in the drive thru for over a half hour, with 0 movement and... 6 cars ahead of me I ended up hoping the curb and leaving. How is it even physically possible to not produce a single order inthat time?! You're McDonald's! It's frozen food! I've seen high end restaurants at full capacity bring meals faster. If it's 2AMand you're crashing to the point of not making a single meal in the span of 30 minutes, then whoever is making your scheduleneeds to evaluate their situation! A Saturday night rush should be no surprise. I get it. It's fast food. Don't have highexpectations. But c'mon! Read more
I had a great experience here, dining in. I bring my daughter for lunch sometimes and the staff are wonderful and it has a nice... atmosphere. This time I ordered an iced coffee but it was very sweet so I couldn't drink it. I brought it up to the counter forthem to pour out so it didn't leak in the garbage, and the gentleman remade my iced coffee! It was perfect after and he was verykind about it, so thank you ???? This location advertises a 24hr drive thru, but when I came by for food at 12:02AM today, the drive thru was closed and the... doors to go inside were locked. Inside the lights were on and I could see two girls sitting at a table ignoring me and myknocks, and one more person in the kitchen moving around. I never got any service to start with, but judging by the otherreviews here that's probably a good thing. Read more

Terrible service. I asked for a large peppermint tea. With 2 cream and 3 Honey in it. They put the cream in it and the honey on... the side. I asked if they could place the honey in the tea so they had me park after I parked they brought me my tea back thesame with the honey on the side and explained to me they are not allowed to put honey in tea???? That's strange that all theother McDonald's in Airdrie do it. So I returned the tea back again and asked for the honey to be placed in my tea and so theydid. All in all took over 20 minutes to prepare my tea. Horrible. Read more

I needed to get my breakfast at the Yankee Valley location as it is the closest loc on my way to work. Multiple times I got ROCK... HARD muffins that I cannot eat. This morning when I picked up my order, I was given wrong coffee however the lady at thewindow argued with me and asked me to pay for the replacement. What?? It was replaced though by another staff there, only tofind out it was NOT the right one I ordered. As usual the muffin was indeed HARD. My husband has to drive back to my workplaceto get it replaced. I placed a drive through order. Late night big Mack. Service was good. Food was as expected from Micky deeZ. What can you... say? Parking and drive through were adequate for what I needed. I usually don't bother with writing negative reviews, but this particular location is probably one of the most inconsistent... McDonald's I've been to. I can't order coffee here anymore as everytime I have in the last 3 or so months it's been made wrong.I understand that people make mistakes, but the amount of time I've asked for a simple double double only to be given somerandom mixture of cream/sugar is just mind-blowing.
