Panago is always consistent. I've never had a bad pizza and always great service.
The pizza was great! I ordered online and I was 15 min late for the pick up time I chose. Though I still had to wait a good 15... Minutes to receive my order and pay once I had arrived. Which was kind of annoying but all in all the food was wonderful. Read more

We order for delivery from this place quite often via the Panago web site. Their pizzas seem consistently better than other... places and they are usually quite fast with their deliveries. They rarely mess up on the order, and when they do (mistakes dohappen), they always make up for it. I especially like their Primo Vegetarian. I was waiting for my kids to finish their classand I saw this pizza place and decided to give it a try . I ordered cheese pizza for kids and pep. for my self. They made itfresh within 20mins. If I could give a one star, I would. This location is terrible. The first time I tried to order pizza from them I waited three... hours... And I didn't even get my pizza. The next day I tried to order again, the pizza I received was disgusting. Basically nosauce, and a really flat crust. The cheese bread... Same thing. I called to complain and the woman I talked to in customerrelations at the call center didn't even understand English and she wasn't listening to me. She insisted I order the pizza againbecause they would not give me a credit for my 11 sauces because "I ordered them". I tried to explain the sauce was for thepizza, this went on for some time. Anyway, the pizza didn't come, again in an hour. This store really needs to get it's acttogether, and the panago help line isn't so helpful. Read more
