I stop at this Starbucks at least once a week on my way to work. FOUR different times I've been served SOUR milk/cream in my... coffee! This is seriously unacceptable at the premium I am paying for your coffee. Four times now I've arrived at work and hadto pour out my brand new venti coffee. I've reached out to Starbucks Canada because this is out of hand. I don't understand howthe staff don't know how to tell if dairy products are soured or not. There are literal chunks of sour dairy floating in the topof my cup. Safe to say it's the last time I'm stopping at this location out of convenience.
