Drive thru breakfast order, went to open the apple juice to realize it had big green/brownish chunks floating around in it. Not... sure how this was not noticed while packing the order? Called the location to let them know, they argued that the juice hadn'texpired yet (Dec 2022). Sort of felt like they thought we were trying to get something for free. The point is you shouldn'tserve it with chunks, regardless of expiry, it's obviously gone bad. Given the reviews of this location, guess it's notsurprising. Chicken sandwich was pretty good. But the service is a little to be desired. The Frosty-cinno is an iced coffee here. Fyi.... Anywhere else it is actually made with vanilla frosty. Read more
We tried out the new breakfast menu and thought it beat most other fast food breakfasts. I enjoyed the Breakfast Baconator, it... lived up to the Baconator name and one of the better breakfast sandwiches I've had (even in the hamburger bun which I wasn't sosure about). My wife enjoyed the biscuit (not dry) but it was quite small. My daughters enjoyed the croissant sandwiches and itwas nice that they are more in a bun shape, making it less awkward to eat. My wife declared them the best hash browns of anywe've had at a fast food joint and we enjoyed the frosty-ccino iced coffee. Read more
Wow two days in a row they forget something in my order.. Supper last night and Breckfest this morning.It was never busy either... time, the attitude on the majority of the staff sucks most of the time. If I counted what they've actually forgotten over thepast few months it would probably be a whole meal in itself. So the least I can say is this morning sucked. I wouldn't wasteyour time coming down here, I would go to the Wendy's by Canadian Tire, way more friendly and I've never had problems there withorders being wrong. They forgot our burgers and whe we got them they were cold, mine was a baconator that was so slimy the whole wrapper was covered... and with not much bacon. Bathroom stall door does not lock and your feet will stick to the floor. Read more
I?ve been going here 5 days a week for almost a year. can?t stand them almost smacking the side of my truck with a debit machine... on a stick. And then I just pay cash anyways. Sometimes the burgers are thrown together so quick that nothing lines upwhatsoever and you need to re-assemble the burger while you?re driving. Not all Wendy's are created equal. That being said, we have always had great service and food at this location. Easy to get to... off of Hi Way 2 on the way home. Read more
