ordered an auntie's special. the worst pizza i have ever had. the veggie's - green peppers, mushrooms were not fresh. the... peppers were soggy, you could tell they were days old. the mushrooms were so black, i initially thought they were black olives. first impression upon opening the box - overcooked. and it was; borderline burnt top and bottom .if i was eating this pizzablindfolded - i would be hard pressed to know i was eating a pizza based on flavour. so bad i did not eat the leftovers. bevery careful to look at the dates of reviews. the older reviews are correct - excellent pizza. but the place has been sold andthe new owners have no clue how to cook pizza. will never go back. Best Lasagna ever. All of it for $15.75 plus hst. Reasonable prices and good food. Definitely coming back. ??
Aunty's Recipe came highly recommended by a friend. My neighbors and I looked at the menu and decided to try out 4 flavors of... pizza. We we not disappointed. The crust was perfect and the toppings were perfectly paired. My favourite was the Voodoo pizzabut honestly all were fantastic. THANK YOU from me and my neighbors. Read more
Just bought a Carbonara from here. Absolutely disgusting. Basically spaghetti dipped in oil. ???? disappointing. The chef needs... a class on how to make Italian food. I'll give 1 star to the polite front staff. Read more
I did read the reviews but decided to go anyways since I?m a lover of cheese. Very small place went somewhat friendly staff. The... pizza was made fresh to order, it took about 25 minutes. I warmed it up a bit when I got home. It wasn?t bad, but does lack yourusual pizza flavors, but not because of the ingredients. Basically, don?t expect Papa John?s. This is more so the neighborhoodpizza parlor with less grease. Read more
We ordered the Aunty?s special pizza. It was well made, freshly prepared and LOADED with toppings. It?s different from the... typical pizzas you get at chains like Pizza Nova and Little Caesar?s etc....we?ll be back! The dough could use a little moreseasoning would be my only negative. Consistently get burnt pizza from this place - this is the third time. To give them the benefit of the doubt, I actually asked... for the pizza not to be burnt this time around and was reassured that it wouldn?t be. I feel so horrible leaving this review because I have ALWAYS loved Aunty's recipe and I've been a customer since the owener had... pizza Pinos and I know if she was making the pizza it would be out if this world but whoever is making the pizza now did such ahorrible job.. I paid $50 for 2 medium pizzas which is a lot but we never mind paying because the quality is amazing but thistime it was sooooo bad and when I called to complain I felt like the girl sort of brushed it off and maybe won't bring it up tothe owner so this may be the only way our complaint is taken seriously.
