Elevate is the best place for food, one of my favorites for vegetarian options. Never been to the lounge but when I order... through Uber eats, they come through with the order looking heavenly and smelling so good I be singing "ouu la la la" likeLauryn Hill. This place is not halal! I don’t know why there’s comments saying it is. It’s not halal. The food isn’t. Plus they even... serve alcohol and food that can’t even be classified as halal even if it was slaughtered halal way. Read more
WHERE IS THE ZERO 0 STARS OPTION??????? DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME Worst experience ever! I paid for a ticket to get... into an event and was denied entry by the staff and owners - first they asked me for my ticket - very rudely - then I showed itto them - then they said no one else was allowed in and out - then I watched folks I met downstairs outside go Back into theevent, with no issue. When I asked why some were allowed and not me they said the event was ending - although I know/saw folkswho were in the event after (thanks social media)! I will neeeevvvvver ever support this establishment again. They wereextremely rude and discriminatory. They were fine to take my money but when they saw who was on the other end of the ticket theydecided they didn’t want me in there?!?! They can say whatever they want because they refused to give a refund or any sort ofcompensation - so it makes no other sense then you did not like the color of skin and the way my hair curls. I was 1 person whohad someone who was waiting on me inside. They knew this they didn’t care - they only care about lining their already fatpockets. If you love Food and Shisha then The Oxygen Lounge is the place to be at. The vibe is so amazing of this place. Management is... very friendly and always there to help you with any questions you have. The staff goes above and beyond to provide you bestexperience of The Oxygen Lounge. If you haven't been then please go and you wont be disappointed. Great spot and a welcome addition to Ajax. Entrance is at the side door and you have to go upstairs so don't look at the ground... level to see if it is open or not. Atmosphere is a lounge feel with lots of couches and dim lighting. TV'S on the wall to catcha game or whatever is on. Servers and Owners are great. Friendly, attentive and will explain anything if you havequestions. Tandoori Chicken Burger was seasoned just right (not too spicy), and the chicken breast was moist. Fries were tastyand done proper. BBQ pizza was a thickness a little shorter than a deep dish however the crust wasn't greasy butcrisp. Banging Shrimp was a breaded shrimp with a sweet chilli sauce it seemed covering it. Not too sweet and not really spicy.A really good app to share if you are a party of 2 or 3 for one order. All dishes were prices really well. Chocolate cake waslike a La Rocca cake which is moist, and flavourful (more on the sweet side if you like that). Awesome place to grab a bite and enjoy some shisha/hookah. I would recommend the Bangin Shrimp and the Mango Tango. Service is... awesome with interactive employees which contribute to the enjoyment of the experience. Read more
