I went there to pick up a dozen bagels but they only had 11 of what I wanted. We selected another type to bring us to a... dozen. The woman serving us was super-nice, and put the one odd bagel into its own bag so they would get mixed up (they alllook the same). I always find small touches like this really stand out as it shows they know how to treat theircustomers. Bagels are fantastic as well! Read more
