Not sure what the bad reviews are about, this is a very small location that is shared with a Swiss chalet. I?ve almost always... found this place to be very quiet / empty after the pandemic. Terrible Harvey location! Placed an order using the app. We expected fresh!? Just look at the quality of this fries!!!! Taste... old! The buns are soggy and to take note, we even have to wait 30mins!!!! My kid didn't even eat the meal, ended up tossing inthe garbage. Read more
I usualy don't have much to complain about especially when it comes to fast food however I was disappointed with my experience... at Harvey's this evening. We placed our order and were told that it would take 10 mins. We waited outside for 7 and came backin. At this time an associate was cleaning the condiment squeeze containers and had the empty containers on the counter alongwith all the condiments stacked in soup containers at the side...no problem..I get it, he's prepping for the next day orcleaning the food stations. But what it did do is result in my order being short changed a side salad and dipping sauces alongwith the condiments on my burger being excessive because the associate didn't have the right tool to dispense it properly. It's been a long time since I've eaten at Harvey's. No special reason why. This is a really odd location, combining Harvey's... and Swiss Chalet. From the parking lot, there is a takeout counter with signs for both restaurants but you can only order fromthe Swiss Chalet menu. I was directed to the other side of the building where there was only an exit. Eventually, I went intothe Swiss Chalet dining room entrance and was directed to the Harvey's counter on the north side of the restaurant. Hmmm, oddand confusing for sure. For this visit, I had the Original Burger with Cheese & Bacon, Onion Rings, and a large drink. I got ittopped with almost everything, just the way I like it. It was actually quite good. I went there first of all They made me wait 10 minutes even there was not even a single customer. I asked for Chicken Caesar... salad and they literally gave nothing no chicken just some Cabbage for $18 thats all. When i was redeeming my scene card Shestarted making weird faces. Ordered a two can dine meal (Angus Burger, Crispy Chicken, two fries and two drinks) Last week I?ve always liked Harvey?s... burgers because it tastes a bit more healthier than it?s competitors and has great toppings. Both of the burgers were good andthe drinks were nice and cold. The cashier was really slow, in addition to the cook but they were kids and seemed like one ofthem was in training. Thankfully I?m alive since he made mine lol. The fries were terrible and I have no idea why Harvey?s keepsgiving me Swiss chalet fries. It?s a bit lazy just because you have a joint store, you give us their style of fries at thislocation. Please stop doing this. Go here only for the burgers if you want terrible fries. Read more
