I?m very annoyed. I really enjoy Mary browns and I usually order through the app and go to pick it up, and there has never been... an issue. Today, I didn?t have access to my car so I ordered for delivery via their app. I placed my order at 8:50pm (and paid$5.99 for delivery) and yet it?s now 10:50pm (literally 2 hours later) and still no food or updates. Mary Browns closes at 11pm,and I?ve called 4 times and received no answers to any of my calls. There?s no updates and no food. This is terrible serviceand I don?t recommend anyone order delivery via their app - I definitely never will again. You can?t contact any customersupport via their app and can only call the store location. I don?t know why this location hasn?t been answering their phoneduring operating hours (I?ve began calling since around 10:00pm), and it?s honestly unacceptable. The app now says ?order iscomplete? and I definitely didn?t get anything. I?ve now paid $27 for nothing, and I should?ve just ordered something else. Read more
I love this place, for the quality and freshness of food, for maintaining hygiene, and great professional service. I see some... kitchens are not wearing hair nets, however, this restaurant is taking care of many hygiene protocols, that I am liking. Verypleasant staff is a bonus!! Read more
Mary Browns is the best. This location is great, front staff is excellent. Very helpful. The food is always fresh and... tasty. Won't buy fried chicken anywhere else. The food and portion sizes is consistently good. Love their popcorn chicken and fries. Tried the strawberry cheesecake pies and... they made a good dessert to my meal. Read more
I have to say I didn't go to Mary Browns for a long time. Been going back there over the last few months and it is great. Even... better than it was before and way better than KFC. Definitely one of my go to's now. Staff is super friendly,service is alwaysgreat. Although it gets pretty busy sometimes it's worth the wait. Read more
Extremely poor food quality. My parents ordered spicy chicken and they gave them really old mild pieces with hot sauce sprinkled... on the chicken. They also order 3 chicken burgers and fries, all burgers had almost raw meat and cold chicken and fries. Aftera few hours of eating both of them had stomach aches. We would like marry brown head office to come and view the food quality atthis particular location and we will also, be getting in touch with the ministry of health regarding the operation of thisbusiness. I tried Mary Browns for the first time today. Their customer service was exceptional. Ali took his time to explain how their... orders and specials work. Their sandwiches were awesome. I won?t say the best I have ever had, but they were amongst the top.Will definitely go back to try chicken next time. Read more
It's hit or miss here. Some days the chicken sandwiches are AMAZING! Other times, you get stuck with stale, cold bread, old... chicken and just a bland sandwich. Will still continue to try my luck and hope things change cuz I genuinely love theirsandwiches. Other than that, staff here are pretty amazing and kind :) Read more
