Worst MC branch ever. Close to my home every time I go there or send my kids I get issues, either not letting kids in and tell... they will close early tonight, or charge extra on mobile order more that what showing in app. Rude and poor customer serviceevery single time from different employees, treating kids not in nice way . Really a weird branch, I now drive 8 minutes moreto get normal customer service that I used to have from MC . Read more
This location was quite dirty, with paper receipts strewn all over the place. I had a McCrispy and Poutine. The chicken tasted... slightly burnt and the sandwich as a whole was bland. The gravy on the poutine was too salty and I found a hair in it so I hadto throw it out. I also saw an employee holding a small cup with their fingers around the lip (hopefully it was for themselvesand not a customer). Read more
I love how all my drinks excluding orange juice come insanely watered down. 2part water 1 part coke. I ended up going up to the... closest convenience store to get drinks 3+ times. Not sure what I'm paying for when frys are obviously reheated withoutre-salting. Store degraded over the years, disappointment! Read more
bad service, 8pm crew. she asked my order 2 times and then never even spoke to me! she just put the payment machine out the... window.... as she was to busy talking with her friend about a guy.. she got rude when i asked for the total.. dam kids why do ihave to put min 1 star to send? Read more
Fast food would not be a term I'd consider for this location. Service is extremely slow, poor ability to get food out once they... tell you to pull forward and wait. Instead of using the waiting spots, I was informed just to pull forward. I was sitting asfar up as I could be to not interfere with parking spots and they still created a back log of cars by having another big subpull up behind me to dispute their pricing. Read more
This location is horrible, every time they miss out something from order and at when ask all they say is we didn?t charge so... it?s not our problem, one time I understand but every time the employees does the same mistake. Today, the mobile app has not been working. In every other location their mobile app is working. I went through drive thru... without knowing their mobile app isnt working, So i passed the first window. But put up the sign that their mobile app isntworking in the second window, I did not know at the time i had to pay at the first window so i told the employee that i did notknow we had to pay over there. She was being incredibly rude, she started arguing with me saying "you always had to pay at thefirst window even if its a mobile order" i tried telling her that i never had to pay at the first window. then she arguedagain, so i went inside. She kept saying the same argument and i was getting late. She was being loud and rude and sheintentionally delayed my order which was VERY disrespectful because there was other customers there too. My experience today wasnot good, hire better employees and get your mobile app checked. Read more
