Very bad food, the big Mac had cold patties in it and did not look like fully cooked. The fries appeared to be stale.
Did mobile order and drive thru pickup. Placed it before going to the drive thru and had to wait further even though it's only 2... combos - no alterations or special instructions. Waited an extra 5 to 10 minutes for the food to come to us and of course, thefoods cold. Very strange to be asked to wait for 2 combos plus the drink trays received today smell really bad. Food is decent but nothing mind blowing. Staff have always been great to me here though. For breakfast, if you plan on getting... orange or apple juice, just walk to the grocery aisle in Walmart and buy it there; they give you Minute Maid boxes of juiceanyways. Read more
Remind me never to go back to this store. I went there, on September 27, 2021 at about 3:45 am, to buy McChicken meal. When I... got there the sprinkler system was on and made ordering extremely difficult because water was coming into the vehicle from thesprinkler. However I struggled and made the order. I went around to the window to pay but before doing so sought to lodge mydispleasure with the attendant. I was squarely ignored by both persons. I repeated my displeasure and all I was given was thecost of my meal, not even an acknowledgement yet they found it funny to laugh at the fact that the sprinkler system was on. WhenI received my meal the fries were cold ( no exaggeration here), very cold and soggy. I will state that this is not the firstthat I have received cold fries from this store. That was my last visit to this store and I would urge others who had similarexperiences to speak out. As consumers we deserve much better. Read more
Don?t dine in here they will charge you full price for a refill because of some bogus store policy and the staff seem to enjoy... the fact because common sense like every other fast food restaurant through covid gave you a new glass and cover.
