I thought mucho burrito sucked... turns out every other location sucks except this one which is actually great... not sure what... they are doing here but they are doing it right. Service is efficient af and friendly too. They aren't stingy with toppings likeEVERY OTHER LOCATION. Love this place, and my kid is practically addicted to their burritos...except the guac is probably the worst I've ever had.... It's worse than supermarket guacamole. And they give you one small ice cream scoop for $2.59!!! Doesn't even fill half thecontainer. Shame for a "Mexican" place -- you'd think they could throw together some fresh guac every morning, it's really soeasy. The employee there I believe lack some basic customer service, since I mentioned that I haven't been in their store and I would... like to be explained what is the process to order along with what's included and what's extra for the burrito. I ordered just now from skip the dishes. My Avocado dips were not worth the money. Both containers were not full and one... container was less than half way full. I've ordered several times so I know what the serving size portions should look like.HIGHLY disappointed. Read more

Unfortunately the portions are small at this location and the customer service isn't good. I feel a bit bad though, there were... only 2 girls working and a large lineup, but why so little staff? They are very stingy with the toppings, worst I've ever seenwith a mucho burrito... And I've been to muchos from Ontario to Alberta.
