I order a Vt Royal Eb T lat with no syrup but I was given a tall instead. When I pointed the problem I was given the venti drink... but with syrup. When I spoke about the syrup I was blamed for taking the wrong drink even though I stood directly infront of thecounter and there was no one else getting the same drink. My partner was in here today for 25 mins waiting for a simple coffee. I was outside & watched dozens of people coming in & out... with their orders before him that went in long after him. He asked multiple times if his order was ready & the staff wasextremely rude. He waited the 25 mins then asked for his money back, & again they were completely rude & made no move to makehis coffee. Never before have we had such horrible service or dealt with such rude staff. I'm completely shocked as we usuallyfrequent Starbucks. Would definitely recommend hiring some new staff at this location. I'd rate 0 stars if I could. Read more
Starbucks is my all time favorite. I have my regular orders in mobile app. One or other time time this location staffs mix up my... kids orders. One 'd be Hot chocolate & another 'd be white hot chocolate drinks. But they always make 2 hot chocolates. One ofmy kid doesn't like brown chocolate flavor he takes only creamy white choco milk. If you pickup mobile orders in drive -thru,we'd end up getting same 2 drinks most of the time. Very rarely staffs here pay attention & make 2 different drinks. Some timesI could check on spot, sometimes you can't hold much on the line opening/closing cup caps. Same thing happens when you get itinside when you have time. I have repeatedly told them several times but guess what ! the staffs change every time & new persontakes orders. So it is a never ending tale. Read more

This a good location for fast drive thru pickups. Althought recenlty i have been a little disappointed (re: see attached... images). My understanding was that starbucks is all about the experience. The food prep seems to align more what you get atMcdonalds (the less than 5 second sandwich assembly). Could do better! Read more
Love how friendly the staff is this location is just painfully slow. It?s crazy looking at Tim Horton?s move their line along... rapidly while you wait 20minutes for your coffee lol. Average wait time is 15-20min minimum Read more
