Good sub, but dirty tables and floor. Came in on a Sunday to have a sub with my daughter. Was not busy, but every table had a... mess or crumbs on it. They couldn't figure out how to use the coupon properly. It says "for $1" but cashier said it means less $1. Total was suppose... to be $14 something but the lady made it $21 and some change. Had to leave it and all that food went to waste just becuasecashier didn't know how to use the coupon properly. Read more
Employee fat shames customers. When I went to cash out, the lady was looking at me funny, so I told her what I got. She said... extra cheese, and I said no, there are no add ons. She then went to the sandwich maker to confirm and for some reason didn?tbelieve her either. She then got a pair of gloves and opened my sub right up just to clarify for herself. Read more

I?ve been going to this subway for years, now for the past few months every time I go there for a assorted sub I?m always told... we don?t have any cold cut meat and the only thing we have is meat balls subs available, what subway shop doesn?t have any coldcut meat maybe they need better managers to make sure they don?t run out. Worst Place. Never come here on rush hours. They will make the worst sub in the world. The girl was working so fast that she... didn't put anything correctly. She didn't pack the sub properly and I had to tell 5 times that please close it properely. By farthe worst experience I have ever had at any sub. The blonde Brooke provides excellent customer service. She is always friendly and always has a very bubbly demeanor whenever I... come in. Even though she is a little ditzy, it compliments her enthusiastic attitude towards customers! She was unequivocallymeticulous and efficient when preparing my sub and it definitely reflected in it?s flavour. I can no longer go to any otherSubway as the customer service always pales in comparison.
