Normal subway as usual but with unusually rude staff. Placed an order through app, it said order will be ready by 5:10 pm I... arrived at the store at 5:22. Order was not ready. Upon asking the staff on counter said "store is running busy and I am alone".It was said so rudely that I would have left the store and never came back if I would have come for in store order. Probablythey are understaffed but that's not customer's fault. Same thing could be conveyed politely. Never going back to this store. Read more
My husband ordered my sub from Uber Eatw for pickup. When I began to eat it there was not enough mayonnaise. In the instructions... I asked for extra mayo amung other things and I couldn?t even taste the mayo. I called and complained and barely got an I?msorry. Didn?t even offer anything such remaking it the way I asked or a free sub ????????. I really feel ashamed in front of other customers. When one of the subway staff member said Don't come in.. In a hate... speech(rudely). What does it mean? We are here to buy something. Typical sub joint! Made to order in front of you! Friendly staff. Clean place with limited seating to dine in! Pretty decent... menu with a good selection of toppings and sauces etc at reasonable prices. Located in a large plaza with plenty of parking. Read more
Went here because it's late night, the sandwich artist was fine but went to pay for the sub and they said they ran out change... and could not give me the change. Pretty much said I was out of luck. A 24 hour place that does not keep proper cash in till?The sub left a nasty taste. In hindsight I should have just returned it, but was too tired to even argue. Normally I would rate Subway 5 stars, as the food is good, healthy, and uses fresh ingredients. However, today there was a... slight issue with my food. There was too many ingredients, and the wrap wouldn't close properly, making it harder to eat. Still,it was enjoyable enough for me to rate 4 stars, and I would definitely recommend this place. On this visit we had takeout. The place was clean and tidy even the washroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. We got... exactly what we ordered and it was very fresh. When we got home it tasted great. Read more
