It was a very pleasant experience at this location although the service was a bit slow but was great and enjoyable. They exactly... prepared according to the instructions given keeping in mind the contamination rules and hygienic methods. It provides anadequate parking lot and opposite to that RBC bank exists in case if you need to withdraw cash. Mostly employees are from southasian countries particularly from Sri Lanka ???????? so maybe there is a difference in fluency and ascent but they are very nicefriendly and cooperative. Washroom was frequently cleaned and sanitized. And even there were enough stock of Tim Merchandisestore and all the other prepared food. Read more
I normally don?t like to give out 1star reviews but customer service 101 is if you see a client standing in line and there are 4... staff members who see you standing there but continue to go about their business and ignore you for a full 5 minutes beforesomeone from the back comes over to help you and is not apologetic in the least it?s a sad state of affairs. Even a simpleacknowledgment would have sufficed followed by someone will help you shortly. Read more

Bad customer service. I was on the drive through and they just rushed you on your order. Don't even care if you're getting... served properly or not. Ordered 50 pack timbits .. put it in individual 10 pack/box. I asked to put in one box they dumped all 5boxes in a plastic bag. All they want is to reach their quotas in the drive through.. I mean it will be faster if they'll giveyou a good customer service in a first place. ???? Read more
I did a mobile order and it longer for me to get my coffee. They said they couldn?t find my order. And also 2 of their staff was... wearing their face mask bellow their nose. What?s the point of wearing a mask. Read more
Almost seemed like this place had a better drive thru design. Speedy service though. More staff working on the window. All Tim?s... should do that. Gotta have more staff at the window. This place would be more swift if it had 2 lanes for drive thru. It startsout with 2 lanes for some odd reason, but then converges to just one. What purpose does that serve? Read more
Such a bad experience every time I order something here they never get it right I asked for a cream cheese bagel with bacon and... tomatoes and they gave me a bagel with cream cheese with no tomato and bacon and I paid extra for that. Wouldn?t recommend goinghere. And they always want to rush you out of there when you get your food such a bad service. Read more
