I had left the drive thru without getting the change. I later went after several hours, and I was able to talk with the Manager... Sutha, and she had my money aside with the receipt, in case I was coming back. Excellent customer service and genuinity. Read more

Poor customer service! Always out of items ! Don't allow you to order at the window if you forget something. They want you to... go back through the drive-thru to order because they have to meet their drive-thru stats! SMH! Read more

I am not reviewing the food... Quality is the same as any other Tim Hortons... This is by far the worst design for order point... ever!!! and I mean EVER you enter into the special lane for order which is around 200 meters long finally you get to the screenwhere you can make your order and it's literally 30 m away from the window... so guess what, you waited all that time to go to awindow who has to prepare your order and deliver it to you in 20 seconds... so of course you have to wait AGAAAAAAAAAAAAAIN toget your order WORST TIM HORTONS EVER Go there if you have time to waste!!! Terrible customer service! Ordered two coffees and a breakfast sandwich and asked politely for a tray because I need to carry it... upstairs to my apartment without having my hands full. Shouldn?t even need to explain myself why I would need one in the firstplace and it shouldn?t be a problem to ask for one. As I drove away with my things the lady at the drive thru window startspeaking with such disrespect ?you have two cup holders why are you asking for a tray?. This isn?t the first time I have beengreeted with terrible attitude, how are they people being hired?? Read more

We were in drive thru at 4.50 pm on 5th September 2022 at 989 Harwood Avenue, Ajax. As the car before us was taking time we... missed the ordering window and went directly to the pick up window. We apologize the crew at the pick up window for that. Hesaid we can order at the pick up window too. But before we complete the order he close the window without any communication.Then one lady (Crew) very very rude ordered us to go inside and place order . I guess this lady before performing any customerservice need some useful training in this profession. I think insulting customers for some petty issues not going to benefitanyone. Read more

Was not happy with slow service. The shop only had one staff for Walk-In customers and full focus on Drive Thru customers.... Walk-in customers waited and some left. There was a line up in the store and outside the store. The Drive Thru had a long linetoo????????????????????. If you parked your car in parking lot it took some time to exit lot ????????. Now back to slowservice...there was a family of four; who couldn't decide on what they wanted ???? ???? holding the line hostage 10mins ????????????. ???? PUBLIC NOTICE ???? PLEASE HAVE AN IDEA OF WHAT YOU'RE ORDERING BEFORE HOLDING UP LINE. Where was I again eh????...how eh the manager didn't think a second cashier was needed for Walk-in customers ????. When the second cashier opened upsome customers left. I was having a sugar high and needed two donuts ???? ???? ????. The company need to fix the parking lotproblem with cars coming in, cars coming out and cars that are parked that get blocked by cars waiting for Drive Thru. Read more
