Would not recommend this Tim Hortons to anyone. The two ladies working the drive thru today December 1st at around 3:30pm didn?t... even know what was on their own menu & the lady working in the window was extremely rude and condescending. Ordered a double chocolate donut and they didn't have it. Ordered a chocolate chunk cookie and they didn't have it. Ordered a... steeped tea and they didn't have it. Ordered a chicken noodle soup and guess what THEY DIDNT HAVE IT. This is the worst timhortons location I've ever been to! Went to them on several different occasions and had the same result. Super slow service I have ever seen in this tim hortons. They need to understand it?s morning 9 am and people have work or test... in their school . They need to speed up. 20 mins in their drive thru and second day 10 mins in their store which was having verysmall Queue. I wish they can really speed up their service Read more

Tea was great, sausage on an English muffins was not so good, I never asked for butter but they buttered it anyway, ended up... throwing it away. Please only create my order by following the print out you get, Do not take it upon yourself to put items ona sandwich that is NOT in the order!!! Read more

Worse customer services ever. The lady on the drive thru wouldn?t listen to the order and was keep speaking to other staff. When... I said could you please take my order she rudely said wait. And I changed my order twice Caz they ran out of inventory. Which Iunderstand, but the way they speak to you is really rude, especially the Chinese manager. He was keep saying thank you go nowwhen I was trying to explain him that him and his staff is rude and should be more polite. I get that it gets busy but thatdoesn?t give you authority to be rude to people. Read more

I went into store, waited in line and no one came to the cash register, drive-thru was also empty, staff were just chatting... away. Finally a staff approached the register (black girl, for descriptive purposes only). She was extremely rude andunprofessional. I told her she had an attitude. She was unwilling to provide her name or manager's details. She then said shewouldn't charge me, but I was adamant I pay, they wouldn't cash me out, so I left money on counter. I got my order and askedthe other staff, but no one knew the manager's name/number. Looks like other patrons have had similar experience. Managementand head office needs to follow-up. Read more

Ordered ROASTED HAZELNUT COLD BREW but they forgot to put the cold foam. I ordered in the drive-thru for a quick coffee grab but... this is sad especially when it's in the morning. :( I double check in the Tim Horton's website because maybe I was wrong, likethere's no cold foam included, but it is really part of the menu. :( Read more

Update: This location is getting worse and worse now, you ask for double and pay for double cream cheese and get a single... amount. After approaching them about the amount they said: IT IS DOUBLE very rude. Many times I've ordered from here askingfor double and receiving double... everything is going up in cost and we are all trying to maximize dollar value to productprovided. Read more
