Im not usually one to complain but i had a very uncomfortable experience here. i came here for the first time to get some school... work done and the staff is not very kind at all. they had no patience which made it hard for i have a disability. Didn't greetme, rolled their eyes, ignored my gratitude and thanks and everyone there just gave off the rudest vibe. this experience threwoff my whole day and i wouldn't recommend this location to anyone who is looking to have a good experience. the bagel was goodthough. This lady refuses to make my order properly every single day and keeps discriminating against me because of my skin color she... literally will not enter my order in properly and absolutely enters it wrong on purpose every single day and then called mecrazy which is not professional how is she working customer service when she clearly is not able to handle customers or do herjob correctly since she can't even take an order properly I'm tired of the hard time I received from this employee specificallyevery time I come here she makes my food run and refuses to enter my order in correctly every single day this is the Ajaxhardwood Plaza 290 Harwood location I would like this employee dealt with as she is not allowed to treat customers this way andthen give me attitude and tell me have a good day trying to make me leave the store knowing she's already triggered my anxietycuz I made her clear that she was triggering mine so I already buy refusing to enter my order in right I am staying in the storeto drink my coffee that I paid for with my family so she does not have the right to tell me have a good day in a sarcasticattitude too I am not impressed with this employee every single day treating me like this because of my skin color she does nottreat the foreign people like this I only notice her treating white people this way every single day Read more

If you order through drive-thru, expect a guy standing there asking for change while smoking. Waits for you to open your window... or sometimes knocks on window. I?m not sure if the manager can do something about this but this is why I STOPPED coming here.Otherwise, staffs are okay and service is quick. Read more

Simply, don't come here, especially when it's busy. You'd think it'd be difficult to mess up a simple coffee order but they... somehow did it. My drink order was missing a good amount of coffee (my coffee didn't reach the top of the cup, they filled itup with an inch missing from the top). Avoid this place if possible. Read more
