Got my order completely wrong which happens I?m fine with that. When I told them it was the wrong order they completely ignored... what I had said and tried to prove to me that it was right. All of my recent experience has been limited to the drive thru. Staff is friendly and efficient, the orders are accurate. With... other options, like a biodegradable plastic straw that other restaurant chains use, my only complaint would be the paper straws. Read more

I wanted to walk-in to pick up food from the dining room area just past 9pm on a Thursday only to learn that it was drive thru... only at that time. This is probably the only Wendy's I've been to that had such early dining room hours. The number of potentialcustomers without a vehicle that this location loses out on is likely fairly considerable, considering all the residentialbuildings around as well as a hospital. Read more

Ordered Uber eats to be delivered right after I got home for work, turns out they forgot half the meal. Called the store, the... manager constantly talked over me to explain Uber does a refund. I tried to explain to her I don?t want a refund, I would likemy food. So I told her I was on my way to the restaurant to get me food that they forgot. She then explained to me it wouldn?tbe done in the future. I wanted to explain to her that her customer service sucked, and that if they didn?t make mistakes, theywouldn?t have to fix them. Thanks.
